1. Handmade & Personalized Products
All of our items are handmade and personalized with care. Because of the custom nature of our products, each item is unique and may have slight variations. This is part of the charm of handmade craftsmanship.

 

2. Orders & Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we begin the crafting process. Please allow the stated processing time for your order to be completed before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

 

3. Refund & Return Policy
As our items are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept refunds or returns.
Exceptions:

• If your item arrives damaged during transportation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

 

4. Shipping
We ship to the address provided at checkout. The Crafty Cutters is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information.
Please ensure your address is accurate before completing your order.

 

5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, we begin production and cannot cancel the order.

 

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on our site and products are the property of The Crafty Cutters and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
